Warehouse Shipping Coordinator - Day Shift, Alternating Weeks

Location: On-site at 224 Industrial Rd, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, USA. Day shift with alternating schedules of 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Support warehouse shipping-office activities, including label creation, certificates of compliance, sales-order separation, and instruction review.
• Coordinate outgoing freight processes, including trucking-company pickups, shipping requirements, and communication with internal teams.
• Support order billing and shipping-reporting processes using QAD systems.
• Prepare and verify international shipping documentation, including SLI, SOLAS, and AES requirements.
• Respond to requests from customers, planning, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Computer literacy and previous data-entry experience.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehousing or shipping and receiving is preferred.
