Yard Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite yard operations. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA.

Starting wage: $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage yard department resources, processes, procedures, and daily operations.
• Lead employees toward daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly productivity and KPI targets.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain clean, organized assigned work areas.
• Train, coach, provide feedback to, and support the professional development of employees.
• Support interviewing, hiring decisions, performance improvement, and termination processes.
• Support staffing assessments, yard planning, cycle counts, and annual inventory activities.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of exhirify.globalence with yard department processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global equipment and strong hirify.global product and yard exhirify.globalence.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, delegation, decision-making, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Professional English communication and authorization to work for any employer in the USA are required. Ability to work overtime as needed is also required.
