Night Shift Team Lead (Logistics)

Location: Orlando, Florida, USA; onsite night-shift role

What you will do

• Lead outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse operations.
• Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies.
• Monitor outbound workflows, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Train staff on operational procedures and enforce workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory, order fulfillment, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating outbound warehouse operations.
• Ability to organize picking, packing, order allocation, and parcel handover activities.
• Ability to monitor operational performance and analyze productivity and accuracy data.
• Ability to train employees and enforce safety and standardized work procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida, USA on the night shift.
