Lexington Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Lexington, South Carolina, United States; on-site manufacturing role

What you will do

• Oversee workflow and daily production activities for assigned production lines.
• Coordinate product flow between production departments with other team leads.
• Communicate productivity goals, production status, barriers, safety concerns, and operational metrics.
• Maintain staffing schedules, including PTO and leave requests, to meet production demands.
• Update and implement standard work documentation with production and plant leadership.
• Manage, coach, schedule, and support production operators, including corrective actions and performance management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of team-based manufacturing experience and three years of management experience.
• At least one year of training or coaching experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, sense of urgency, and professional judgment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in an applicable field.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Continuous improvement certification.
• At least three years of cable manufacturing experience.
