2nd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States. Second shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Coordinate plant equipment, personnel, production processes, and departmental schedules to meet demand, quality, inventory, cost, and productivity targets.
• Manage timekeeping and HR-related tasks for assigned employees and act as a backup supervisor when needed.
• Identify production deficiencies and implement equipment, facility, and process improvements.
• Lead training, enforce company policies, and maintain a fair, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical product and equipment issues and drive problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, or an associate's degree and at least 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP, Workday, Shopfloor Display, or Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
• Existing US work authorization is required.
