2nd Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Morganfield, Kentucky, USA; on-site shift work in a manufacturing plant

Annual base salary: $93,600–$105,300, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5%.

What you will do

• Lead safety processes and best manufacturing practices for the assigned shift.
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demand, manage overtime, minimize inventory, and control costs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using SPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing tools.
• Direct, train, develop, counsel, and discipline hourly employees as needed.
• Build productive employee relationships and maintain communication across the plant and shifts.
• Identify and implement capital projects that improve operational performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on site in Morganfield, Kentucky, USA.
