What you will do
- Provide technical leadership across systems engineering activities within the DTAM program.
- Translate architectural designs into executable engineering plans and coordinate technical delivery across multiple teams.
- Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, integration points, and validation activities.
- Lead integration across applications, data platforms, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements are met while resolving technical risks and dependencies.
- Support legacy-to-cloud-native modernization and drive DevSecOps automation, testing, and continuous delivery.
Requirements
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance are required.
- 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, or technical leadership.
- Experience supporting large-scale, complex IT systems or modernization programs.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements, integration, and validation.
- Experience with cloud-based environments, distributed systems, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple teams and communicate with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification.
- Scrum, SAFe, or similar Agile certification.
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional certification.
- Experience with large-scale federal programs, data systems, or near-real-time processing environments.
