Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: New York City metropolitan area; in-person five days a week in the office. Candidates must be located within the area or be open to relocation.

Salary: $75,000–$115,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through final hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities.
• Support recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers through proactive communication and operational coordination.
• Manage candidate logistics, administrative tasks, ATS data, and onboarding support.
• Identify and lead projects that improve and scale recruiting processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve internal and external stakeholder experiences.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Clear, proactive, and warm verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity, take initiative, and make sound judgment calls.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in person five days a week in the New York City metropolitan area, or willingness to relocate.
