District Manager - UAE (Retail)

Location: A&F United Arab Emirates, covering Dubai and Abu Dhabi

What you will do

• Lead business and operational performance across 6–10 owned and operated stores with an annual volume of $15M–$35M.
• Drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence in partnership with Store Operations, Location Planning, Supply Chain, Health & Safety, and Accounts Payable.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, and easy customer experience while maintaining visual merchandising standards and floor-set execution.
• Oversee workforce allocation, store budgets, payroll, staffing levels, and operational KPIs.
• Lead, inspire, develop, and promote a diverse multi-layered store leadership team.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Maintenance, Asset Protection, and other business partners to solve district needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Retail leadership experience with 3+ direct reports and a team of approximately 30 people.
• Preferred experience in multi-unit management within specialty retail.
• Ability to work in the United Arab Emirates across stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Business communication in English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, time-management, and prioritization skills.
