Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; the successful candidate must relocate to the APAC Region, specifically Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia. Only UAE Nationals will be considered. Full relocation support is provided.

What you will do
- Define, execute and monitor short- and long-term commercial and sales plans for the APAC region.
- Lead international sales teams and direct regional selling activities, resource deployment, channel strategy and customer engagement.
- Develop sales techniques, improve regional processes and standardize sales guidelines across markets.
- Monitor sales performance, business intelligence, risks and corrective actions to protect revenue and profitability.
- Coach direct reports and managerial teams while setting the vision for regional operations.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, industry bodies and influential decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, or relevant commercial and analytical experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in the aviation industry, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Experience managing senior-level relationships and diverse teams across multiple countries.
- Proven ability to deliver business goals, profitability and revenue contribution.
- UAE Nationality is required.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore, Thailand or Malaysia is required.
