CAR-T Warehouse Logistics Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Manage domestic and international commercial sample shipping for a cGMP commercial cell therapy manufacturing plant.
• Prepare commercial invoices and generate Shipper’s Letters of Instruction.
• Coordinate sample pickup dates and times with couriers.
• Manage commercial samples in the Janssen request portal.
• Maintain physical warehouse inventories and system inventories in eLIMs, including location changes and receipt verification.
• Act as the warehouse point of contact for receiving sites and communicate or escalate shipment issues.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, export-related work, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management tools.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas and work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from site leadership through the warehouse floor and lead through influence.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing operations.
• Background in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with distribution, transportation, warehouse, document, or order management.
