What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor supplier and logistics vendor delivery performance and communicate shipment status, delays, and operational risks.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations.
• Support order fulfillment for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain customer experience.
• Optimize logistics workflows, support automation and scalability, and maintain accurate ERP/CRM documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology company.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Availability for occasional after-hours support when required; ERP/CRM experience, Salesforce knowledge, and a relevant bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
