Associate Field Inventory Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, physical inventories, and asset management activities.
• Balance inventory across plant and warehouse locations and support warehouse storage solution projects.
• Maintain controls for inventory KPIs, including aged transfer orders, interim locations, discrepancies, and negative inventory.
• Ensure correct put-away and storage processes, including accurate part and location control.
• Research root causes of inventory discrepancies and analyze inventory data to identify process improvements.
• Coordinate project information across teams and departments while sharing inventory best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than one year of related experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift or similar equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, self-direction, and advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and performing bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and related warehouse activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics.
