Supply Chain Analyst (SAP)

Salary: $29.40–$45.94 per hour; annual bonus target: 4%

What you will do

• Allocate domestic and export orders in SAP and post goods issues, goods receipts, and stock transport orders.
• Manage finished-product and consignment inventory for slurry products, including tank, terminal, and railcar reconciliation.
• Coordinate slurry shipments, empty railcar returns, transportation tracking, unloading, and customer returns.
• Prepare SAP and BW reports, including inventory, open-order, monthly, and railcar reports.
• Work with quality, customer service, planning, operators, carriers, and CSX transportation to meet customer and shipping requirements.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues, maintain inventory databases, and complete filing and system cleanup.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in slurry operations, logistics, operations, or administration.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, FIFO/LIFO controls, production processes, and finished or semi-finished products.
• Experience with or ability to learn SAP inventory and quality modules, Excel spreadsheets, Access, CSX, and QTS.
• Ability to analyze and resolve inventory issues, coordinate across departments, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of blocked, slow-moving, and unavailable-for-sale materials, data reporting tools, internal controls, and SOX.
