Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Houston, TX, United States; onsite warehouse role. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Salary: $78,700–$125,900 yearly

What you will do

• Manage receiving, storage, shipping, material handling, inventory control, and daily warehouse workflow.
• Optimize warehouse space, productivity, labor costs, operational budgets, and performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.
• Maintain safety, quality, ISO, OSHA, 5S, and customer compliance standards.
• Drive process improvements, corrective actions, equipment safety, and long-term employee training.
• Coordinate cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and warehouse performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of related experience, including three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multitask environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, email, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas, during the stated warehouse hours.

• Experience with data analytics, warehouse management systems, or ERP systems.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices.
