Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Fully on-site at 100 Hooper in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $115,000–$152,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with managers and leaders on people strategy aligned with organizational priorities and operational goals.
• Resolve employee relations, performance, workforce, and other organizational issues using established HR practices.
• Design and implement HR solutions independently, adapting approaches to evolving business and employee needs.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, development, and workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with Legal, Talent, Total Rewards, and HR Operations on integrated solutions.
• Advise leaders and peers on difficult or sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment practices, and organizational policies.
• Strong working knowledge of San Francisco and California employment law.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and seek review at critical decision points.
