Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage high-volume applicant pipelines and full-cycle recruitment for hourly direct roles.
• Lead recruiting strategies, sourcing activities, and candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
• Create and manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Support special projects and recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of manufacturing recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches in a high-volume environment.
• Associate degree in HR or a related field.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-volume, multi-site environment.
• Experience with iCIMS.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• SHRM certification.
