Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing

Location: Elwood, Kansas, United States; onsite at the manufacturing site. Travel: 10%.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume manufacturing and production roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using advanced AI sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain qualified talent pools for the Elwood manufacturing site.
• Coordinate interviews, interview panels, candidate visits, and the overall candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and site leadership to clarify hiring needs, provide recruiting guidance, and reduce time-to-fill.
• Represent Talent Acquisition onsite while providing updates to headquarters and following established compliance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, or skilled-trade roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Elwood, Kansas manufacturing site.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business communications, or a related field.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and engagement tools, including CRM platforms such as Gem.
• Proactive approach, independent problem-solving ability, and knowledge of recruiting best practices.
