Talent Acquisition Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Irving, Texas; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with growth plans, workforce needs, and critical talent priorities across the Electric Power Division.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on hiring forecasts, talent market insights, and workforce planning.
• Build pipelines and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill engineering, technical, and energy-related roles.
• Optimize ATS, CRM, automation, assessment, and recruiting workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.
• Use recruiting analytics, workforce data, and market intelligence to guide decisions and measure performance.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing recruiting teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and recruiting operations.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with pipelining, passive sourcing, candidate engagement, and specialized talent markets.
• Experience leading complex, high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple regions.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, automation, reporting, recruiting analytics, and workforce data.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, energy, industrial, or technology-focused organizations.
