Talent Acquisition Manager

What you will do

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning recommendations aligned with business growth and future hiring needs.
• Build pipelines for leadership, technical, professional, and high-demand roles using market mapping, networking, referrals, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Strengthen employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, and relationships with universities, trade schools, professional associations, and workforce organizations.
• Optimize ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing, and sourcing technologies while improving recruiting processes, standards, compliance, and automation.
• Develop recruiting dashboards and analyze time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion metrics.
• Lead executive and critical-talent searches, advise business leaders, and coach recruiting team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, workforce planning, or related HR functions.
• Experience recruiting for leadership, technical, professional, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and talent analytics solutions.
• Expertise in workforce planning, strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, stakeholder management, recruiting compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Three or more years of leadership or people management experience is preferred.
