Oracle EPM Consulting Manager (Oracle EPM)

Location: Chicago or near any major hirify.global office location in the United States; travel up to 25% required.

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead client delivery and own the success of Oracle EPM implementation projects.
• Manage implementations from system design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop design documents, conduct design walkthroughs, provide best-practice recommendations, and manage enhancements.
• Deliver training sessions and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, budgets, staffing, and coordination across project teams.
• Develop team talent, provide feedback, and promote consulting services internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM tools, including FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, NSPB, or Hyperion.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial reporting, account reconciliation, close management, and US GAAP.
• Ability to read and write Essbase and/or Groovy.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work near a major hirify.global office location in the United States and travel up to 25%.
