Principal, Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Bentonville Home Office

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Build practical workflows, tools, and operating rhythms that reduce enterprise friction.
• Lead pilots and experiments from ideation through adoption, measurement, and scaling.
• Develop AI-native ways of working and improve how complex work is executed.
• Partner with Product, Technology, TPM, Design, and Strategy teams to solve ambiguous problems.
• Simplify, automate, or eliminate low-value processes and handoffs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers while measuring adoption, operating health, decision velocity, and behavior change.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management, product operations, engineering program management, product management, or a related field.
• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Option 2: 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related area.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional work across Product and Technology.
• Strong systems thinking, communication, facilitation, executive storytelling, and continuous improvement skills.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled ways of working and building scalable workflows, tools, or automation.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Master's degree in Business Administration with a relevant specialization.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
