Salary: $140,000–$192,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives and drive timely execution against objectives.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Engage stakeholders, clarify requirements, align priorities, and resolve gaps.
• Bring structure and forward momentum to complex and evolving problem spaces.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Provide business process expertise across standard programs and operational issues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business management, product management, or operations.
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems with cross-functional resources.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas and persuading senior stakeholders.
• Fast learning ability, adaptability, self-motivation, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to work in Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA.
