Company

hirify.global is a Physical AI company developing autonomous robotic systems and Factory SuperIntelligence for industrial manufacturing through a Robots-as-a-Service model.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year, defense-scale manufacturing facility from permitting, layout, and utilities through production qualification.
  • Coordinate production operations after qualification so output remains on schedule as volume increases.
  • Sequence interconnected robotic applications including cutting, beveling, grinding, blasting, spraying, inspection, and material handling.
  • Align engineering teams and an external robotics collaborator across design, scheduling, and interdependent workstreams.
  • Own the NAVSEA qualification roadmap and translate federal requirements into a sequenced approval plan.
  • Report milestones and risks to customer and company executives, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex, highly regulated engineering environments such as aerospace, automotive, maritime, or defense.
  • Experience standing up new production capability rather than only managing an existing production line.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level and cross-organizational stakeholder relationships and convert ambiguity into sequenced plans.
  • Must satisfy U.S. export control requirements and maintain U.S. work authorization throughout employment.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-changing environment and travel to customer sites as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in maritime, shipbuilding, or naval engineering.
  • Experience with NAVSEA or other federal qualification and compliance processes.
  • Military engineering leadership experience followed by private-industry experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows, analyze data, or accelerate program reporting.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work on industrial-scale Physical AI and autonomous manufacturing systems.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Regular offsite events and a discretionary productivity fund.
  • Inclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations available during the recruiting process.
