Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bloomington, Minnesota, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual salary: $155,000–$189,000, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation processes.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules, external reporting, and SEC filing inputs.
• Direct general accounting, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting operations.
• Strengthen SOX controls, accounting governance, policies, procedures, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Finance Technology and IT on ERP, consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, automation, and data-quality initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports and approximately 10 accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.
• Experience in a complex, public-company, multi-entity environment; manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation, financial reporting, SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Experience with ERP, consolidation, reconciliation, and financial reporting systems; SAP and OneStream are preferred.
• United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification.
• Experience using AI/ML and other technologies to automate accounting and financial close processes.
