Senior Finance Associate, Accounting (AI)

Location: Westport, Connecticut, United States; onsite four days per week at the headquarters campus

Salary: $165,000–$235,000 annual wage range, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. Expected base salary is 80%–90% of this range.

What you will do

• Manage annual statutory audits for foreign subsidiaries reporting under local IFRS-based GAAP.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and coordinate responses across the organization.
• Review reporting packages, account reconciliations, financial statements, and accounting treatments prepared by external service providers.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues with Business Planning and Analysis stakeholders.
• Support US GAAP technical accounting analyses, accounting policy updates, new standard implementation, and domestic financial reporting.
• Use AI tooling and process improvements to make accounting and reporting faster, more accurate, and better controlled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting with a strong academic record.
• 5–7 years of accounting or audit experience, including operational accounting, processes, and controls.
• CPA certification or active progress toward certification.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of financial statement preparation.
• Experience using AI tooling and reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy and completeness.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems such as Workday, Office Connect, or Power Query is preferred.

• Big Four accounting or audit experience.
• Hands-on project management and cross-functional coordination experience.
