Sr Advisor - Technology Services (AI)

Location: Memphis, TN, United States; hybrid schedule based at the National Executive Office.

What you will do

• Lead IT service management vision, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
• Manage initiatives across IT purchase order and invoice processing, IT asset management, and IT telecommunications or supplier management reporting.
• Govern hardware and software lifecycles, licensing, procurement, inventory, and audit readiness.
• Improve process controls, compliance, risk management, reporting, and operational transparency through reliable metrics and dashboards.
• Use automation and AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Align IT leadership, vendors, and partner teams around measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, Supplier Management, or Asset Management.
• Deep expertise in hardware and software lifecycle governance, license and entitlement oversight, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and asset repositories.
• Understanding of procurement workflows, purchase order matching, invoice validation, and telecommunications billing and usage reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, process automation, and cross-functional delivery skills.
• Ability to use AI to enhance, automate, and streamline processes.
