Email Marketing Specialist (Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA)

Location: Hybrid — Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $28.60–$47.66 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate email campaigns and digital communications with marketing automation, design, development, and project management teams.
• Maintain the email schedule and manage projects through approvals, testing, setup, and deployment.
• Build, proof, test, and send email communications.
• Support segmentation, A/B testing, multivariate testing, reporting, and program development.
• Research and implement marketing automation best practices and industry standards.
• Follow risk, regulatory, internal control, audit, and escalation requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or at least 5 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working within creative specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management software.
