Email & SMS Specialist (Braze)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own email execution end to end, including creative testing, cadence management, segmentation, and the Braze platform relationship.
• Resolve the existing Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue and improve email reach.
• Build and launch the first SMS program on the existing Braze infrastructure.
• Manage SMS consent and TCPA compliance, and ensure sends are connected to individual lead records.
• Design and run email and SMS A/B tests with defined hypotheses and success metrics.
• Partner with Marketing on creative production and report campaign performance within the established channel strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable ESP/CDP.
• Direct experience launching or scaling SMS programs, including consent and TCPA compliance basics.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, list hygiene, and inbox placement.
• Experience working with lead-level data, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing.
• U.S. work authorization is required, and employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated industry with consent and compliance requirements beyond CAN-SPAM.
• SQL literacy.
• Experience partnering with a channel-orchestration manager or director.
