Executive Enablement and Workforce Development Senior Advisor

Location: Irwindale, California, US; hybrid work mode with required attendance at an SCE facility. Employees must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted.

Salary: $143,900–$215,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the continuous development of enterprise skilling, upskilling, and reskilling practices aligned with long-term business plans.
• Design and deliver complex technical training materials, curricula, and learning programs for varied audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve training design, development, and delivery issues.
• Analyze workforce, learning, operational, and external research data to develop insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Advise senior and C-suite leaders through executive presentations, briefings, talking points, decision materials, and strategic narratives.
• Develop training dashboards, standards, best practices, and frameworks for technical trainers and enterprise training programs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience leading and implementing technical training initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-organizational training programs focused on employee performance or compliance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple business functions, senior leaders, and competing priorities.
• Experience developing executive and C-suite communications, strategic recommendations, and decision materials.
• Experience leading workforce strategies involving skilling, upskilling, reskilling, career pathways, workforce readiness, succession, or organizational capability.
• Must work and reside in California; the position uses a hybrid work mode with required reporting to an SCE facility.

Nice to have

• Experience advising executives on workforce, learning, organizational, or business priorities.
• Experience leading organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Experience establishing executive operating rhythms, tracking decisions and commitments, escalating risks, and following through across strategic portfolios.
