Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Eagan, Minnesota, United States; primarily office-based. Occasional travel to hirify.global locations or other work sites may be required to facilitate training.

Salary: $92,160–$117,760 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate, facilitate, and improve core learning programs, including manager leadership development and onboarding.
• Create eLearning, job aids, facilitator guides, presentations, and other training materials using Articulate 360 and related tools.
• Manage Workday Learning operations, including course setup, assignments, learning paths, catalog maintenance, reporting, and learner support.
• Assess business training needs and recommend practical solutions such as job aids, workshops, short courses, or eLearning.
• Lead cross-functional learning projects from planning through delivery while managing timelines, stakeholders, and follow-up.
• Collect feedback and learning data to evaluate effectiveness and improve programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, training, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience owning learning programs or projects from planning through delivery.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning for individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong experience creating professional learning content and working knowledge of Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
• Experience managing a learning management system; Workday Learning experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and project management.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or another operational, field-based environment.
• Experience supporting leadership development or manager training.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
