Product Designer II (Fintech)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Own feature-level design work for Growth & Memberships, including onboarding, activation, subscription management, and retention.
• Design end-to-end experiences from concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs, prototypes, launch, and iteration.
• Use activation, retention, and other product signals to identify friction and prioritize opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, explore solutions, and shape the product roadmap.
• Work with UX Research to understand member needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer to improve craft and create simple, thoughtful member experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and problem-solving ability.
• Experience designing consumer-facing apps, preferably products used frequently and trusted with important matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently.
• Experience creating accessible products and high-fidelity prototypes.
