Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Virtual - Remote (Women's Health)

Location: Fully remote; candidates may live in any approved location but must work PST timezone.

Base salary: $130,000–$145,000 per year, plus a 10% target performance bonus and equity grant.

What you will do

• Evaluate, counsel, treat, and manage a broad range of gynecologic, reproductive, and sexual health concerns through telehealth.
• Provide whole-person care and coordinate with primary care, mental health, nursing, care coordination, and in-person clinical teams.
• Determine when conditions can be managed virtually and when examination, testing, imaging, procedures, or specialty referral are required.
• Deliver inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based care focused on patient understanding and empowerment.
• Contribute to virtual care pathways, clinical protocols, decision-support tools, and practice standards.
• Use technology and data for clinical decision-making, documentation, quality improvement, and efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA.
• Active California license and DEA registration required.
• At least two years of independent outpatient clinical experience after completing training.
• Strong independent experience in gynecology, women’s health, reproductive health, or sexual health.
• Ability to provide high-quality telehealth care and identify cases requiring in-person evaluation or higher-level care.
• Ability to work PST timezone while living in an approved location.

Nice to have

• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification or another advanced women’s health-focused background.
• Experience with menopause, perimenopause, contraception, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, fertility evaluation, or sexual medicine.
• Prior telehealth experience.
• Experience in an integrated or multidisciplinary care model.
