Registered Nurse Team Lead (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations, coverage, performance, and development of direct-report nurses while providing limited clinical care.
• Resolve clinical and administrative issues and maintain safe, compliant, accurate, and standardized care delivery.
• Monitor team KPIs, service-level targets, clinical outcomes, and member health trends; generate reports and corrective action plans.
• Support recruitment, training, mentoring, policy development, and ongoing performance improvement for a US-based nursing team.
• Coordinate with nurses, health coaches, providers, operations teams, and cross-functional leads on care initiatives and projects.
• Guide members through health-condition reversal, lab reviews, medication management, self-care, and individualized health priorities.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license required.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing required.
• At least five years of direct patient-care nursing experience, including three years in a leadership role such as unit or clinic supervisor, charge nurse, preceptor, or manager.
• Experience managing large caseloads and working effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Comfort adopting healthcare technologies, interpreting data and technical outputs, and navigating multiple electronic documentation and business systems.
• Strong collaboration, organization, time management, clinical judgment, critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills.
