Vice President, Clinical (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary provider group of NPs, MDs, and DOs.
• Supervise clinicians and support effective patient services within defined care plans and scopes of practice.
• Develop, manage, and maintain clinical protocols for virtual care and telemedicine.
• Partner with quality, enablement, and clinical operations teams to maintain standards of care and improve performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies, lead improvement initiatives, and manage internal meetings focused on problem resolution.
• Provide telemedicine care when needed for patients across the United States, based on licensure.

Requirements

• Licensed and board-certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine M.D. or D.O.
• Active unrestricted medical licenses in 5–10 U.S. states required.
• At least 3 years of experience managing medical providers in a U.S. health system within the past 5 years, or recent relevant experience.
• Experience in telehealth, virtual clinical operations, clinical team leadership, and virtual-care protocol development.
• Experience in medical weight loss required.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, virtual communication platforms, and AI, together with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Obesity Medicine board certification.
• Experience with testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, functional or longevity medicine, peptide medicine, remote patient monitoring, or chronic care management.
• Educational or strategic planning experience.
