Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (Full Time)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; practice from any of the 50 U.S. states

Base salary: $111,946, plus eligibility for productivity pay, performance bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual assessments and diagnose common acute conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and treatment adherence.
• Document patient visits in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with clinicians, care navigators, medical directors, and cross-functional care teams.
• Participate in clinical improvement initiatives for virtual care.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with an MSN or DNP.
• At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Four active state licenses with full practice and prescriptive authority, including at least one license in New York, Virginia, Maryland, Arizona, New Jersey, Illinois, Nevada, Colorado, Washington, or California under the stated NP group-setting conditions, before the interview.
• DEA registration and national FNP-BC or FNP-C board certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Eligibility and willingness to enroll in applicable state and federal healthcare programs, maintain a clean professional record, and obtain additional state licenses.

• Previous telehealth experience.
• Technology proficiency and adaptability to telehealth platforms.
