Nurse Practitioner, 24/7 Care (1099) (Telehealth)

Location: Remote within the United States

Compensation: $12.50 per phone consult, $14 per video consult, and $6 per asynchronous consult.

What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care through on-demand visits using phone, video, and asynchronous modalities.
• Assess and treat common illnesses, including cold and flu symptoms, bronchitis, allergies, sinusitis, and urinary tract infections.
• Apply clinical guidelines and make independent clinical decisions through the Teladoc platform.
• Build meaningful patient relationships in a digital care environment.
• Complete clinical documentation using proprietary software.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with an MSN or DNP.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in at least four states at the time of hire.
• Active DEA registration and national FNP-BC or FNP-C board certification.
• Eligibility and willingness to enroll in applicable state and federal healthcare programs, with no participation exclusions.
• Clean professional record without board disciplinary actions; strong clinical decision-making and independent-practice skills.

Nice to have

• Previous telehealth experience.
• Adaptability to telehealth platforms and evolving virtual care protocols.
