Program Owner, EMEA Field & Cross-Persona Enablement

What you will do

• Own functional onboarding, methodology training, competency development, and recurring enablement mechanisms for the EMEA Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success organizations.
• Coordinate participant registration, readiness tracking, communications, action items, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement for regional programs.
• Apply readiness methodology across needs assessment, planning, content curation or development, partner sign-off, and outcome measurement.
• Review, adapt, localize, schedule, and help deliver global enablement programs for GGS, TAM, AE, SE, and CS audiences in EMEA.
• Partner with global Persona Program Managers and EMEA business partners to maintain LMS content, communicate changes, and provide regional performance feedback.
• Support the shift toward pull-based, context-aware content delivery using AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in enablement, learning and development, onboarding, or a related field within enterprise software.
• 1–2 years of experience facilitating live or virtual training.
• Advanced instructional design, curriculum development, learning activity design, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and maintaining accurate project status.
• Strong communication, adaptability, business acumen, stakeholder collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and at least one additional European language is required. French is preferred.

Nice to have

• Property and casualty insurance or enterprise SaaS experience.
• French language proficiency.
