Learning Specialist (AI)

The role supports manager effectiveness, leadership development, and global learning capability initiatives.

What you will do

• Partner with L&D, HRBPs, and functional leaders to validate needs, prioritize work, and manage the capability backlog.
• Design and deploy live virtual, on-demand, micro-learning, and just-in-time learning experiences.
• Develop Manager Essentials resources covering feedback, coaching, performance management, accountability, change, and employee-relations first response.
• Build leadership development experiences, leadership labs, high-performing team programs, and function-specific capability applications.
• Facilitate workshops, manager practice sessions, stakeholder working sessions, train-the-trainer activities, and reinforcement discussions.
• Create reusable facilitator guides, discussion guides, checklists, job aids, LMS-ready resources, and global or localization-ready materials while tracking adoption, risks, milestones, and stakeholder commitments.

Requirements

• Instructional design experience across live, virtual, on-demand, micro-learning, and just-in-time formats.
• Project or program management experience with multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Facilitation and coaching experience with managers and leaders.
• Experience in manager effectiveness, leadership development, high-performing teams, or talent capability programs.
• Global learning design experience for varied audiences, languages, access needs, and organizational contexts.
• Working knowledge of AI literacy, AI productivity, or AI-enabled learning and coaching, plus strong business acumen and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience curating LinkedIn Learning or external resources while developing organization-specific application tools.
• Experience creating AI role-play or coaching resources for managers and leaders.
