Equipment Manager (Packaging Equipment)

Location: Richmond, United States; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $104,327–$156,491 per year.

What you will do

• Drive equipment and packaging projects according to the hirify.global Project Model.
• Prepare project plans, align resources, manage budgets, approve spending, and control changes.
• Coordinate suppliers, stakeholders, project teams, and steering committees.
• Manage project risks and opportunities while working toward deliverables and organizational KPIs.
• Identify process and project improvements to increase efficiency.
• Understand, configure, and troubleshoot machines and equipment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall work experience, preferably in a global environment.
• 2+ years of project or platform management experience.
• Experience in technical development projects and a technical background in machines or equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, AutoCAD documentation, and 3D models.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills and mandatory experience with Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 days per year; self-driven, communicative, and curious approach.
