Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Farmville, NC, United States; onsite production supervision with flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Salary: $70,560–$85,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and supervise production personnel, resources, shifts, schedules, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager to meet production goals, prioritize work orders, and maintain an even workflow across departments.
• Optimize material, labor, equipment, and time utilization while controlling waste and protecting safety and quality standards.
• Train employees, resolve conflicts, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel actions.
• Analyze production performance and records, identify improvement opportunities, and execute process and equipment improvements.
• Maintain production, time, cost, material, equipment, and management records while ensuring a clean and injury-free workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with coaching, training, team building, performance development, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational, analytical, mechanical, mathematical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Working knowledge of computer systems.

Nice to have

• Some college education or manufacturing training.
