Solutions Engineer (Accessibility)

Location: United Kingdom — Remote; travel of up to 30% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer business drivers, accessibility maturity, and success criteria.
• Design and present tailored solutions using the platform, integrations, and services.
• Deliver value-focused product demonstrations for executives, developers, designers, and program owners.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilots that demonstrate measurable impact.
• Advise customers on accessibility standards, automation, and program governance.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Product Marketing teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical presales or solution consulting within SaaS, DevOps, or compliance.
• Experience leading enterprise-level technical discussions with C-suite, development, UX, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery models.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, discovery, technical, and business skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or other accessibility frameworks.
