Senior Solutions Engineer (United States)

Location: 100% remote within selected U.S. states only: Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. The role requires up to 20% travel for strategic client meetings and industry events.

Base salary: $101,500–$148,500 USD annually, depending on geographic tier.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients on hirify.global's interview platform and build trusted strategic relationships.
• Analyze client hiring processes and performance requirements with software engineers and technical stakeholders.
• Present technical solutions, implement interview frameworks, conduct strategic reviews, and deliver executive-level training.
• Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams.
• Translate findings into recommendations that improve client hiring outcomes and identify opportunities for internal process improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions or deployment engineering, technical consulting, financial services consulting, or software engineering.
• Experience advising clients during onboarding and guiding complex technical implementations.
• Experience engaging directly with C-suite executives in a client-facing role.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Client-facing experience with technical customers.
• Residence in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, or Washington is required.
