Lead Civil Designer - Site Design (Civil 3D)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Kansas or Missouri, with office options in North Kansas City, Overland Park, St. Louis, and Wichita. Ability to travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits is required as needed.

What you will do

• Lead quality assurance and quality control for project deliverables.
• Provide senior-level design reviews and resolve technical issues across site design projects.
• Direct and coordinate project staff and disciplines on technical aspects of medium-sized projects.
• Serve as a consultative resource for clients and attend client meetings.
• Develop subject matter expertise and improve the efficiency and quality of project production.
• Support project studies through drafting, sketching, data acquisition, and occasional job-site visits.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Drafting.
• 10 years of CAD software experience, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Project management skills for medium-sized projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in varied terrain and weather conditions during site visits.
