Sales Development Representative (B2B SaaS)

hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace that automates sales tasks across account strategy, prospect research, and outreach.

What you will do

• Generate outbound pipeline for the Account Executive team.
• Research accounts and create relevant, personalized prospect messaging.
• Reach prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Create and test outbound email templates for individual and team use.
• Support prospect trials and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience selling to sales leaders.
• Experience prospecting into mid-market and SMB B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
