Sales Development Representative, Allbound (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Richmond office in Melbourne, Australia, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and explain the hirify.global platform.
• Research target accounts and create plans for personalized outreach.
• Connect with prospects through phone, email, and social tools.
• Qualify prospects based on their fit for the platform and book conversations with Sales Executives.
• Collaborate with local marketing leads to follow up on regional and virtual events.
• Develop understanding of how people analytics supports HR professionals and culture-first workplaces.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an outbound sales role and a strong desire to build a sales career.
• Comfort with cold calling and a proactive, hunter-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to receive coaching and continuously develop sales skills.
• Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively in a team environment.
