TL;DR

Business Development Representative (B2B Sales, German): Identifying high-value opportunities and initiating strategic conversations with global decision-makers with an accent on executing high-volume outbound campaigns and mastering sales tech stack. Focus on uncovering pain points in complex global supply chains and consistently exceeding quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Vienna or Dublin. Valid work permit for Austria or Ireland.

Salary: EUR 2,473 per month

What you will do

  • Leverage Salesforce and Gong to manage your pipeline and analyze conversations for professional development.
  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage C-level stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to map out target accounts and build winning entry strategies.
  • Use proven sales methodologies to uncover pain points in complex global supply chains.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in B2B sales development or a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Native-level German and professional-level English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills, thriving on the phone and navigating objections with ease.
  • A "hunter" mindset with a passion for winning and a desire to build a career in tech sales.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Vienna or Dublin.
  • Valid work permit for Austria or Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
  • A genuine interest in AI, ESG, or Supply Chain Logistics.
