Engineering Manager (Cyber Operations)

Salary: $147,000–$296,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, develop, mentor, and manage engineers supporting multiple programs within the CODEX portfolio.
• Build staffing strategies based on technical requirements, clearance needs, workload, and career goals.
• Forecast workforce needs and support hiring, retention, performance management, and personnel decisions.
• Support proposals and business development by validating technical staffing availability and qualifications.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Technical Directors, and senior leadership on program execution.
• Identify skill gaps, coordinate training, and maintain required certifications and clearances.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly required; Poly preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven technical management experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in offensive and/or defensive cyber operations engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective teamwork skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
