Location: On-site in Fort Meade, Maryland, United States. Occasional travel for customer engagements, training, and mission support is required. This role is limited to U.S. citizens and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
Base salary: $187,000–$224,000 per year. Estimated total compensation: $194,000–$341,000, including target bonus and estimated equity value.

What you will do
- Translate company strategy into deployment, operationalization, growth, training, and staffing plans for a portfolio of command accounts.
- Lead Deployment Managers and Forward Deployed Analysts, set lines of effort, allocate resources, and own team outcomes.
- Advise task force, command, and senior government leadership on product impact, force employment, capability direction, and resourcing.
- Build champion networks across mission teams, technical leads, commanders, and senior civilians to drive adoption and advocacy.
- Shape training systems, curricula, train-the-trainer models, and institutional channels such as J7 curricula and JQR standards.
- Translate mission requirements into product direction, guide capabilities from alpha through production, and mentor the deployment organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in offensive cyber, cyber operations, or intelligence operations, including 5+ years in leadership or senior advisory roles.
- Experience at USCYBERCOM, NSA, CIA, SOCOM, or an equivalent national cyber or intelligence organization.
- Prior command, task force deputy, operations, technical directorate, or senior advisory experience with ownership of mission outcomes.
- Experience advising commanders or senior executives on operational employment, authorities, targeting, mission planning, execution support, or assessment.
- Ability to understand complex software and explain it credibly to operators, targeters, program staff, and senior leadership.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
