TL;DR
Command Mission Operations Lead (Cyber Operations): Leading the operationalization of AI-native offensive cyber capabilities across national security accounts with an accent on mission adoption, force employment, training, and senior command advising. Focus on building account strategies, directing deployment teams, shaping capability requirements, and translating operational outcomes into product direction.

Location: Chantilly, Virginia; 80% onsite at customer locations and 20% in the Arlington headquarters. Occasional travel for customer engagements, training, and mission support is required. Limited to U.S. citizens due to U.S. government contract and security requirements; active TS/SCI with FSP is required.

Base salary: $187,000–$224,000 annually. Estimated total compensation: $194,000–$341,000, including target bonus and estimated equity value.

What you will do

  • Translate company strategy into deployment and operationalization plans for a portfolio of national security accounts.
  • Direct Deployment Managers and Forward Deployed Analysts, including resourcing, priorities, standards, and delivery outcomes.
  • Advise task force and command leadership on mission impact, force employment, capability use, and resourcing.
  • Build champion networks across mission teams, technical leads, commanders, and senior civilian leadership.
  • Shape training strategies, curricula, train-the-trainer models, and institutional adoption channels.
  • Translate mission requirements into product direction from alpha through production release and identify capability gaps.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in offensive cyber, cyber operations, or intelligence operations, including 5+ years in a leadership or senior advisory role.
  • Command, task force deputy, operations, technical directorate, or senior advisory experience at organizations such as USCYBERCOM, NSA, CIA, SOCOM, CNMF, or equivalent.
  • Experience advising commanders or senior executives on operational employment, authorities, targeting, tasking, and mission outcomes.
  • Experience owning targeting, mission planning, execution support, assessment, requirements, capability development, or acquisition activities.
  • Ability to learn complex software and explain it credibly to operators, targeters, program staff, and senior leadership.
  • Active TS/SCI with FSP and U.S. citizenship are required.

  • Commercial product, deployment, or capability-delivery experience supporting national security customers.
